Ready-to-Ship Items: Allow us a maximum of 1 week to process and dispatch your order.

Pre-Order Products: For items on pre-orders, please expect a shipping timeframe of 15-35 business days following the closure of the pre-order period, which typically ends on Fridays for that week's lineup.

International Shipments: It's important to note that for orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not covered by Play Benchi and should be settled upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Package Responsibility: Once we hand over your parcel to USPS, UPS, or DHL, Antic is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs in transit. Nevertheless, we are more than willing to assist you with the carrier's claim process to help locate any misplaced items.
